This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how Divo (the “Company”, "us" or "we" or "our") collects and uses information from the website www.divo.live (the “Site”).
This Policy does not apply to any of our other services unless stated otherwise.
By accessing and using the Site and its services, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the provisions as set hereunder in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site or any of its services.

This Policy does not apply to other websites that post different statements, regardless of whether or not the Site links to them or not.
1. NO USERS UNDER 18.
You must be 18 years old or older to use the Site. If you are under 18, please refrain from using the Site and/or from providing us with any information. We do not knowingly collect information from users under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under the age of 18 years old, we will use reasonable efforts to delete such information.
2. Definitions.
"Personal Information" - Information that is personally identifiable to you, such as your profile information (e.g., name, address, email address), personally identifiable professional information and any other non-public information that is associated with such information.

We collect your full name, postal address, email address, username, gender, location, age/date of birth, occupation, payment information, video chat records (may include conversation screenshots, recordings and \ or timestamps), as well as other information you directly give us on the Site and/or any other information you choose to add to your profile or send us.

For example, when visiting our Site, we log your device's operating system type, browser type, browser language, and other general statistical information.
3.4 Cookies. We may log information using "cookies." Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your device until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site, for example, cookies help store your username when you login so that you don't have to insert this information every time.

Third parties are subject to their own privacy policies. By using our services, you hereby agree that your information, or some of it, will be transferred to the Advisor and certain other third parties that make the services possible.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF INFORMATION
Since some of the services are provided by third parties located in various locations worldwide, your information may be transferred to, and stored on, computers located at these other countries - outside of your country or legal jurisdiction (the "Transfer"). The privacy laws of these countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using our services and/or providing us with your Personal Information, you are giving us your consent to this Transfer.
7. SOCIAL SHARING FEATURES
Our services may integrate with third party social applications and/or services (the "Social Apps") and other related tools which let you share information and actions that you take on our Site by use of the Social Apps, and vice versa (for example, an action you take on our Site may be published on Facebook if your account has been set-up this way). Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the Social Apps and our Site. Please check the privacy policies of those Social Apps for more information about how they handle the data you share through them.

8. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION.
Your Personal Information is protected in several ways: access to your account and Personal Information is available only through a password and unique username/user ID selected by you. Additionally, your Personal Information is stored on secured servers that only selected personnel have access to via password.
By creating an account, you agree to keep your password and username in strict confidence and not disclose such information to any third party.
Although we use industry standard security measures to protect your Personal Information so that it is not made available to unauthorized parties, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure and any information you provide is your sole responsibility and subject to this Policy and our TOU.
9. VIEWING AND UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION.
Viewing and editing Your Information: Your data will be stored in our database, according to our local information protection laws (as stated in this Site's TOU). You may review and edit your Personal Information by accessing your account or by sending us a request by email. Once you delete or cancel your account, we will delete your Personal Information, except for information needed for ongoing issues such as outstanding payments or legal proceedings.
When necessary, we may keep specific identifiable information in order to comply with the law, prevent fraud, assist with any investigation and enforce our Site TOU. Conversion detailed logs will be kept for 3 months.
We are not responsible for deleting or updating any information on third party sites.
10. ADVISOR'S OBLIGATIONS
By using the service and Site, the Advisor hereby represents and warrants:

Not provide any false or untrue information or advice on or through the Site, to the Advisees or to the Company.

To Allow all his or her data to be inspected by the Company or representatives of the Company at any time, and to provide Company with any documentation needed for it to verify Advisor's professional and personal suitability.

To keep all Advisees' information confidential and safely stored (if necessary to store at all), as they would their own Personal Information, and to not share or use Advisees' information with any other person, including other Advisors or third parties.
The Company will not be responsible for any unlawful, immoral, unethical or unprofessional conduct by an Advisor. Company may terminate Advisors' account, in its' sole discretion, and without notice, due to any violation of the Site's TOU or local laws.

11. COMMUNICATIONS AND PROMOTIONS.
By signing up to our Site, you agree to receive emails with promotional content related directedly or indirectly to our services, including, for example, service suggestions and other news about products and services offered by us and our selected partners. If you no longer wish to not receive such communications, you can opt-out through the link attached to each communication or by sending us an email to (add the email address). After doing so, we will no longer send you promotional emails. We may still send you non-commercial emails which are necessary in order to provide you with the services that you requested.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
This Policy may be changed occasionally. If we make any substantial changes, we may notify you by sending you an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided, and/or by posting notice of the changes on our Site. Any changes will be effective upon the earlier of ten (10) calendar days following our email or ten (10) calendar days following our posting of notice on our Site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Site. Continued use of our Site following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
